‘Friendship’
This word ran into my mind when I browsed through my phone’s picture and I found this special photo that was taken around last week.

It’s been so long since I first stepped my foot on Malaysia. I remembered I cried during my farewell lunch that was organized by my dear friends and how they enjoy video-ing me crying. I cried when my mum and brother went back to Indonesia after helping me to settle some things up for my accommodation and college registration stuff.
Now I realized how grow up I am right now. 5 years in a foreign land learning how to survive really teach me so much about real life especially family & friendship.
Long distance friendship sometimes is hard. Seeing the pictures they took and how much fun they had during the last year of high school while I need to start college earlier than others.
But all this suffering didn’t matter as it makes me feel more excited and eagerly (desperately) waiting for the next coming holiday so that we all can get together again like old times.
Same like this year, I’m the first one among them that starts a career journey, while others are continuing to pursue their Degrees, Masters or even further up. Sometimes I think how good it will be if I just stop everything and just follow them study together and stay under the same roof have fun. But if I do that, I will be the most selfish person who never thinks how difficult my mum earns money to pay for my school fees.
Last week, during my birthday week, I had Skype session with Felicia and Laura. Although they wished me not on the actual date = late, but I was very touched to see what they had prepared for me. They wrote 生日快乐 adoy. Although some people may say this is such a simple gift, but it means a lot to me.

The point is even if we are not together physically, but our hearts are very close to each other.
I love my girls so much.
xoxo
